Skills: Ruby on Rails + what goes with it 

- The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of work experience as a full stack developer. BTech or BE in Computer Science or equivalent academic background. 

- Ability to program confidently on backend technologies specially Ruby on Rails and hands on in using templating, HTML, basic CSS and Javascript. Understanding of Database Architecture and Models and experience with designing and building APIs. 

Would be great if you have: 

- Solid programming skills in Ruby on Rails and a track record of getting stuff done Experience in a major server-side web development stack (e.g. RoR, nginx, nodejs, etc). 

- Up-to-date knowledge of modern HTML, CSS and JSGood communication skills to understand requirements from business stakeholders and communicate estimates. Good understanding of devops. 

- Knowledge of open source and contribution to it is a great plus and we would love to know about it.
